Our history
1979
Foundation of Schramm Textil-recycling GmbH & Co. KG in Espelkamp by Gerhard Schramm.
Remainders of yarn from carpet producers were purchased and cut. These fibres found use at needlefelt- and nonwoven-manufacturers as well as at spinning mills.

Invest in new air jet machines for refining of carpet yarns was leading the way to a new production process.
1989
With first operation of a unique state-of-the-art six-colored multicolor BCF line the next step to more flexibility was made. A spinning plant for RAHDO® LEN polypropylene yarn.
1995
During November the restart of the production in a new building in Rahden with two spinning plants and several processing machines was possible, after a fire completely destructed the production at the beginning of the year. At the same time the company´s name changed to Schramm GmbH & Co. KG.
2002
Regular investments lead to the amplification of a special air-twist machine and started the production of RAHDO® MID polyamide yarn.
2003
The basis for today´s main products was set with the innovative development and initial operation of grass-yarn-texturizing-system. New Products: RAHDO® SPORT & RAHDO® BALL yarn.
