RAHDO^® SPORT

Monofilament-yarn for the production of artificial turf for following intended uses:

    * landscaping
    * sports facilities / playgrounds
    * leisure
 

As raw materials high-quality polyamide, polyethylene and polypropylene are used.

 

The monthly capacity is about 300 to.

 

For the different customer's requests respectively special operational areas filaments with different cross sections were developed.

 

RAHDO^® SPORT is adapted for the targeted application regarding softness and gliding ability.

There are several possibilities for the yarn shapes: lens, angular, rib, grading key and nature.

Yarn thickness and number of filaments can vary.

 

RAHDO^® SPORT can be offered as minimum with 6 filaments à 300 dtex, flat or texturized.
Further filament variants can be offered on request. Also possible is to produce a combination of flat and texturized Monofilant-yarn.

To fullfill the increasing requirements step index monofilament-yarns and side-by-side monofilament-yarns were developed in 2009.

 

Our RAHDO^® SPORT is the new generation for artificial turf. Due to texturized products that were developed it is possible to pass on infill in granulates form or sand.

Advantage: Easier installation and smaller care expenditure.

 

As mixture from monofilament- and BCF-yarn we offer RAHDO^® BALL. This material can be used in the dirt capture range.
